Mamelodi Sundowns face Marumo Gallants at Loftus Versfeld after suffering a shocking CAF Champions League elimination against Angola’s Wiliete SC. The wound is fresh, the disappointment undeniable, and the pressure immense.
But champions are tested when the spotlight burns brightest!
Gallants have already demonstrated their ability to hurt Sundowns in this competition, eliminating them last season on penalties. The Brazilians must therefore approach this encounter with composure, hunger and ruthless precision. Revenge may be on the minds of supporters, but qualification will demand performance.
Will Sundowns rise from continental ashes, or will Gallants deliver another devastating knockout punch?
