SANCO CONDEMNS MIKE SOKO’S CONTINUOUS DISRESPECT OF THE COUNTRY’S LAWS

Table of Content

BUSHBUCKRIDGE, the South African National Civics Organisation (SANCO)
has noted again with grave concern the communique of Mr. Mike Soko, to his so-called
bogus structures.

He is a product of an illegitimate, stage-managed, court ordered, parallel and fake national
conference held under dubious unity of two individuals. No amount of arrogance and
disregard of the laws of this country will legitimize a bogus group into a legitimate structure.

He will remain a leader of an undocumented group masquerading as SANCO. We owe no
clarification to him on the legitimacy of the Trade Mark certificate that this NEC hold. An
uncontested national conference in 28-29 October 2023 gave mandate that this NEC should
legally protect the name and logo of the organization from scrupulous individuals like them.

South Africa is a constitutional country. We are all subject to the dictates of the Constitution
and consequential laws of this country of which the Trade Marks Act, 1993 is one of them.

We call upon all law-abiding citizens to dissociate with them before plunging this country
into lawlessness. We also call upon juridical persons to dissociate with law-breaking
individuals. Note should be taken that we will take steps to protect our trade mark rights
against whoever breaks them at appropriate times.

To all members of SANCO, you are called by a legitimate SANCO to participate in the election
processes in order to defend the gains of our democratic breakthrough. Register and assist
to register new voters to ensure maximum participation on the 04th of November 2026.

This
democracy is in your hands.
We are aware of a call by same bogus group calling for a march to Majuba Power Station for
their selfish interest. We therefore conscientize our communities to stay alert of the self-
serving individuals masquerading as community leaders while serving their stomachs.
