AmaZulu FC continue to show strong form in the 2025/26 Betway Premiership after an exciting 3–2 victory over TS Galaxy at Moses Mabhida Stadium.

The match was a true test of character. AmaZulu fell behind twice but refused to give up. TS Galaxy took the lead in the second half through Victor Letsoalo, putting pressure on the home side.

AmaZulu responded with courage and belief. Thandolwenkosi Ngwenya led the fightback, scoring two crucial goals, including a dramatic late winner. Mondli Mbanjwa also found the net as AmaZulu turned the game around in the closing minutes.

This important win lifted AmaZulu into the top four of the league standings. After about 15 matches, the Durban-based side sit on a solid points total in the mid-20s, keeping pace with the country’s top teams such as Mamelodi Sundowns, Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs.

AmaZulu’s league position reflects growing confidence, improved teamwork and a strong fighting spirit. The team has shown they can compete, even when under pressure.

Looking ahead, AmaZulu have a busy run of league fixtures. They are set to face Magesi FC, Richards Bay FC, Polokwane City, Sekhukhune United, Siwelele FC, Orlando Pirates, and Chippa United between March and April. Some matches will be played at home, while others will test them away from Durban.

If AmaZulu maintain this form and hunger, they remain well placed to finish the season strongly and challenge for a high league position.
