Mamelodi Sundowns left it late but walked away with a 2-0 win over Sekhukhune United in Betway Premiership clash.


For 90 minutes, the match was tight and tense. Sekhukhune defended bravely and frustrated Sundowns, keeping the score 0-0 deep into the game.


Just when it looked like the points would be shared, Sundowns struck.
Nuno Santos broke the deadlock in the 91st minute, finally opening the door. Moments later, Brayan León finished the job with a second goal in the 94th minute.
The late burst secured all three points for Sundowns and strengthened their grip at the top of the PSL standings.


Sekhukhune fought hard, but Sundowns once again showed why they are masters of late drama.
