It’s the Hottest Ticket This Summer – Betway SA20 Season 4 Tickets Now on Sale

Friday, 10 October 2025

Cricket fans can now grab their tickets for Season 4 of the Betway SA20, which officially go on sale today. The exciting new season will run from 26 December 2025 to 25 January 2026, bringing top-class cricket and entertainment to fans during the festive holidays.

The opening match will light up Newlands on Boxing Day, with defending champions MI Cape Town facing Durban’s Super Giants. The game promises big excitement and fireworks to kick off a thrilling opening week with matches also taking place in Pretoria, Paarl, Durban, Gqeberha, and Johannesburg. Tickets are available at www.SA20.co.za and at all stadium ticket offices.

After breaking records last season for crowd numbers and ticket sales, the league returns with even more action, fun, and energy. Fans can expect not only world-class cricket but also a full entertainment experience with music, dance-cams, and plenty of festive vibes.

League Commissioner Graeme Smith said the quick demand during the pre-sale shows how excited fans are for the season ahead. “We’ve seen great interest already, especially for the opening match and the Final at Newlands. We can’t wait to be part of everyone’s festive plans,” he said.

The six teams are ready, with 19-player squads confirmed after a record-breaking auction. Some of the biggest cricket names will be on display, including Kagiso Rabada, Jos Buttler, Dewald Brevis, Tristan Stubbs, David Miller, and Faf du Plessis.

Adding to the excitement, the popular “20th Players” are back to bring fans even closer to the action—both in the stadium and online. The lineup includes Anele Mdoda (Gqeberha), Leandie du Randt (Pretoria), Moshe Ndiki (Johannesburg), Nadia Jaftha (Cape Town), Schalk Bezuidenhout (Durban) and Vafa Naraghi (Paarl). They’ll lead fan activities, share behind-the-scenes moments, and host online challenges.

Fans are encouraged to book early through Ticketpro or at stadium offices to avoid missing out. For updates, fixtures, and giveaways, follow @SA20_League on social media or visit www.SA20.co.za.
