Reboost Energy Drink has reaffirmed its commitment to empowering township entrepreneurs after the successful conclusion of their inaugural partnership with the Lerato Lamola Winter Games.

Recognising the important role that small businesses play in local communities, Reboost Energy Drink partnered with local vendors throughout the month-long tournament in Tembisa, creating an opportunity for entrepreneurs to purchase Reboost Energy Drink stock at a reduced price and generate additional income by selling the product to supporters attending the matches.

To reward entrepreneurial excellence, the vendor who achieved the highest sales during the competition was presented with a R5 000 cash prize to reinvest in their business, further strengthening their ability to grow and create sustainable opportunities beyond the tournament.

Winning entrepreneur, Masilo Mongingi welcomed the initiative, describing it as a valuable platform for aspiring business owners.

“I would like to sincerely thank Reboost for the opportunity given to local vendors. This is an important platform for aspiring entrepreneurs like us. The Lerato Lamola Winter Games are always an exciting opportunity to trade, and it is wonderful to see Reboost investing in entrepreneurs and contributing to the growth of our businesses.”

Congratulating the winner, Reboost Energy Drink Marketing Manager, Silungile Cebekhulu said investing in local communities remains central to the brand’s purpose.

“Congratulations to our winning entrepreneur and to every vendor who participated in this initiative. By creating opportunities for local vendors to grow their businesses, we are investing in the people who are the heartbeat of our communities. We are proud that our partnership with the Lerato Lamola Winter Games has supported local entrepreneurship while bringing fans closer to the Reboost brand.”

In addition to the vendor empowerment programme, Reboost Energy Drink enhanced the fan experience throughout the tournament through interactive activations and exciting prize giveaways.
